Putting Your Feelings On The Page
One of my go-to methods of processing my thoughts and emotions over the years, especially when moving through the heaviest of times, has been to write them down. Often the simplicity of writing down a sentence or a few words that are on your heart can bring a small gift of release. Even if you don’t see yourself as a writer, the practice of transferring your feelings onto a page can be incredibly therapeutic.
