Our Women’s Wellness Workshops are led by Elizabeth and her colleague, Mandy Bird, LPC. Every workshop is been designed to provide you with support, healing, and empowerment while seeking a deeper level of health and happiness. We offer a unique, intimate space in which to experience teachings and group interaction. The topics we cover vary from self-care, to healing from loss, openhearted living, to mental/spiritual wellness, and important life transitions. There is something for women of every age. We facilitate our workshops using a variety of personally developed holistic tools and resources that can be easily integrated into your daily life practices.
