To be whole is to feel peace and truly believe that life is unfolding as it should. But helping you develop a self-compassionate attitude, or even to cultivate the habits necessary to remain whole is a process that is deeply personal, and very unique, especially for women.
Because healing is about making healthy choices on every level, it is important that we insert self-worth into our habits, and embrace a compassionate perspective as we learn how to support our physical bodies, how to nourish our spirits, change our self-talk, and to manage all kinds of stress.
A holistic approach to your well-being is not only natural, but essential for creating more peace and empowerment in your life.
And, it must be individualized so it feels right to YOU.
When I experienced profound loss as a young woman – losing both a husband and child to death – finding my way back to feeling whole and happy was not easy. However, I am certain that my decision to take a creative path to wellness and choosing from a variety of holistic options for treatment shaped not only my recovery, but my entire journey.
This clarity moved me to discover that it was my life’s calling to also guide other women into wholeness, by helping them rediscover hope and happiness. As an author, coach and guide for women seeking light and self-care, I formed Her Creative Wellness to implement the powerful lessons I learned about finding and maintaining hope and wellness during life’s constantly changing journey.
That’s why I have intentionally curated specific and powerful holistic wellness options, specifically targeted for women, and lovingly designed to lift up both body and soul in a conscious, sacred and caring way. I do that by offering experiential workshops, the use of Essential Oils, one-on-one care and consultations, and Reiki Treatments (Coming Spring 2017).
No matter where you are, or what you’ve been through, let me guide you along your own personal path to peace and restoration. Because I believe you can be whole your whole life.
